MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Triển khai, cài đặt, sửa chữa và bảo trì máy vi tính, bảo trì hệ thống công nghệ thông tin cho người dùng nội bộ, khách hàng của công ty;
- Hỗ trợ người dùng, sửa chữa khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống mạng, email, điện thoại, máy tính từ xa hoặc tận nơi;
- Chịu trách nhiệm liên hệ với nhà cung cấp các sản phẩm dịch vụ IT để xử lý sự cố trong trường hợp cần thiết;
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng giao dịch trực tuyến;
- Lập báo cáo công việc định kỳ về việc quản lý trang thiết bị công nghệ thông tin;
- Hỗ trợ các công việc nghiệp vụ, hành chính, … theo yêu cầu của công ty và trưởng bộ phận.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin hoặc ngành liên quan;
- Có kiến thức và khả năng cài đặt phần mềm/ ứng dụng trên Hệ điều hành Windows, Linux,..;
- Có kỹ năng khắc phục các sự cố trên PC liên quan đến phần cứng/ phần mềm;
- Có kiến thức về hỗ trợ người dùng (User Helpdesk);
- Ứng viên có hiểu biết những kiến thức sau là một lợi thế: Phần cứng Storage, Tape backup, Giải pháp backup, Kiến thức Cisco (CCNA), Router & Switch Cisco, Office 365, Domain Controller and Active Directory, Group Policy, File Server, DFS system, Hệ điều hành Windows Server, Hệ điều hành Windows cho client, VMware Esx…
